Intro To Handguns
Interested in learning about handguns? No matter the reason for wanting to learn about handguns getting a basic education and continual training is critical. You are welcome to stop by and we will give you a great introduction to handguns. However, handgun training is critical when considering handgun ownership. We recommend Kent County Conservation League (KCCL) and Barracks 616 (B616) to find great programs for new shooters. KCCL is an outdoor facility and B616 is an indoor range. Both offer different training opportunities. At both locations you will find top notch instructors that are there to bring you from a beginner to a confident shooter. B616 offers a large variety of rental firearms so you can try before you buy. Trying different firearms and different calibers will help you narrow down your decision. Ultimately you want a handgun that you feel safe and confident training with.
